No Chargebacks Agreement:
At Trade Authority Online Educational Academy("The Company"), we have a strict No Chargebacks Agreement Clause within our Terms and Conditions. With respect to our No Refund Policy, due to the digital nature of our products and services, once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. Furthermore, this shall include chargebacks.
Customer agrees and understands that the charges on a credit card or banking institution charge for any items, courses, subscriptions and other offers purchased through The Company are irrevocable, undisputable and may not be charged back, contested or challenged now or in the future. Doing so is a material breach of this agreement for which The Company would be entitled to attorneys fees, costs and fees associated with addressing a chargeback in addition to the amount challenged.
Should Customer not pay the amount submitted to by The Company for the cost of the chargeback within 30 days after The Company has submitted its amount of cost due to Customer contesting a charge, the charges will be turned over to a collection agency. The Company shall have at its sole disposal any other legal remedy it independently chooses to pursue any collection against Customer for the cost of the chargeback. Customer further agrees that proof of purchase by The Company is all that is necessary to establish to the credit card agency or banking institution to deny a chargeback to Customer.
Customer further agrees that filing or threatening to file a chargeback to The Company is a direct violation of this policy. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to any part of the website, services, subscriptions, or educational materials at any time without prior notice for violation of this No Chargebacks Agreement. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform and cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability, permanent unavailability or Customer removal.
